We’re Alex and Maya, high school sweethearts born and raised right here in Tampa. Growing up in this community shaped who we are, and starting Party Pottys was our way of giving back while building something of our own. We saw a gap in the event and construction world where restrooms were treated as an afterthought, and we knew we could do better.

About Maya
I’m Maya, one half of the Party Pottys team and the person behind the scenes keeping everything running smoothly.
I’m a first generation American, raised with a strong influence from my parents who instilled in me the value of hard work, discipline, and the belief in the American Dream. Those values play a huge role in how I approach both life and business. I’m fluent in both English and Polish, which has shaped my communication style and my ability to connect with people from different backgrounds.
Before Party Pottys, I worked as a registered nurse, a career that taught me attention to detail, organization, and the importance of providing a calm, reliable experience even in fast paced situations. That background naturally carried over into our business.
At Party Pottys, I handle much of the back end operations including scheduling, customer communication, inventory and restocking, trailer design and layout, bookkeeping, taxes, and overall organization. I also enjoy planning events, coordinating logistics, and bringing a creative eye to how our trailers look and feel. From finishes and layouts to small design details, I love making sure everything is both functional and elevated.
About Alex
I’m Alex, the other half of Party Pottys and the person you’ll most likely hear from or see in person.
I’m a Tampa native, born and raised in the small town of Lutz. I come from a first generation background, with a father whose family migrated from Cuba and a mother who was born and raised in Florida. Growing up with that mix of cultures taught me the value of hard work, resilience, and taking pride in everything you do.
Before starting Party Pottys, I worked as a registered nurse. That experience shaped how I approach customer service, problem solving, and attention to detail. Staying calm under pressure and making sure people feel taken care of is something I carried directly into this business.
At Party Pottys, I handle the hands on side of operations. I answer the phones, coordinate and complete deliveries, assist with customer communication, and take care of maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure every trailer is clean, safe, and fully functional. I take pride in making sure everything is set up properly and ready to go before your event or project begins.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially fishing and being outside whenever I can. That appreciation for hands on work and the outdoors fits naturally with what I do every day.
My goal is simple: make sure every customer has a smooth, reliable experience and knows they can count on Party Pottys from delivery to pickup.
